 Hello dear Jeniffer. I really understand your problem because I also love to eat and it was making me sick. But is not so difficult to change it. You should stop eating too many sweets and fried and eat more fruits and salads. Fruits like banana, apple and grape are really good for your healthy because they have vitamins that your body needs . You should make some exercise, like go to the gym, this will facilitate weight loss and it will make you feel really better. If you don't have a lot of time you should buy a bike and go to work with her because you will be losing some calories in this journey . Other important thing is that you shouldn't drink a lot of soda because it is a biggest problem for your health and soda causes cellulite. Hope you follow my advice and feel better. Xoxo

                        Brasilia is the capital of Brazil. This city was created by Jucelino Kubitschek on Aphril 21th. I have lived in Brasilia all my life. I like this place because it's a modern city and there are a lot of things to do everyday. On weekends you can go to Park Shop or Píer 21, the best malls in Brasilia, to buy a lot of things and  go to Coco Bambu to eat the best shrimp in my city. I also like to go to the movies with my friends. At night, I like to go to Devassa with my parents because these restaurant is pretty cool. The hospitals in my city are good, i usually go to Anchieta because it's near to my house.
                         Brasilia has a lot of monuments, most of them were planned by Oscar Niemyer, an architect who died recently. One of them is Catedral, a beautiful and big church. Here also have the Palacio do Planalto where the president lives.
                        Brasilia also have bad things. One problem in live in Brasilia is that here there are not a lot of shows. Another problem is that politicians work on my city and they are corrupt. I think that my city is a really good place to live and I like to live there a lot because i always can do interesting things.

New world, new phones

                We live in a modern world which technology is the most important thing in a country. Modern cell phones have new functions to please all kinds of people. This new kind of phones have some advantages and a little bit of disadvantages.
                 There are a lot of advantages. First of all, you can talk and text  all your friend and family more easily. Secondly you can search on web sites series and movies which you like and watch them online. Thirdly you can read interesting texts on web and see a lot of wonderful pictures. And finally at your free time, you can play a lot of interesting games on your phone.
                   New cell phones also have some disadvantages. First of all some teenagers stop studying  to text or play games, this is terrible for studies . And the last disadvantage  start when young boys and girls spend money with games.
                   So we can see that the problems with mobile phones are caused by people and the advantages outweigh and people can know everyday a little bit more  things in world.
